17 Below Rework

17 Below (99% full moon) - Oil on Linen - 26x28 - 2010

This is a rework from a previous coat of paint that yielded some weird paint application marks my thoughts are from the alkyd medium on the Alkyd primer - some reaction of some sort, but I have seen this on some Utrecht stuff I bought along time back and this roll which I love but its not right....... But with out further r' due........

Beautiful stuff, you can really feel the chill in the air. Don't quite know how you did that.

This painting is wonderful. The light you captured and the serenity of the place is well done. Wish you had a follow button so I could...

This is a very nice painting. I would love to own this one. I couldn't afford it even if I could buy it though. I will be following your blog to see what's next. God bless you.
